I founded Thought Shift Therapy on the belief that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to heal—without judgment, stigma, or outdated stereotypes. Too often, mental health struggles, especially OCD, are misunderstood, leaving people feeling alone or stuck. My goal was to create a practice that not only offers specialized, evidence-based treatment but also fosters real, human connection in therapy.
As an ERP-certified therapist, I specialize in OCD and phobias, drawing from both my professional expertise and personal experience. I know firsthand how relentless OCD can feel, and I’m here to help you navigate it with the right tools and support. I am also certified to treat BFRB’s other obsessive compulsive disorders such as body dysmorphia.

Rooted in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, I draw from CBT, holistic practices, and positive psychology to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Together, we’ll move from overwhelm to clarity, self-doubt to self-trust, so you can embrace who you are—fully and confidently. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about coming home to yourself.
