We currently accept the following insurances; Aetna, Oxford, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA.

We are currently only licensed to provide services within the state of New York.

If we do not accept your insurance you can still choose to book a session on Headway and pay the out-of-pocket fee. The out-of-pocket fee for individual therapy is $250. Depending on you insurance, you may qualify for out of net work reimbursement. We will supply the superbill for you to send to your insurance.

Sessions are typically 45-53 minutes.

By clicking on the booking link, you will be redirected to Headway where you will see my schedule. There, you will add your insurance information and schedule a free 15 minute consultation to address your needs and assess our fit together. The Headway team will reach out via email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You’ll see your cost/session ahead of time and can check your benefits any time.
I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. You can reach the Headway team directly through their contact form. They can help with any insurance, billing, or account questions.
To ensure each client has an opportunity for therapy, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy and a no-show fee. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to the therapist 24 hours in advance. If you fail to inform the therapist of the cancellation 24 hours prior to the session or do not show up for your appointment, there is an automatic $75 no-show fee. Should you anticipate running behind schedule, kindly notify the therapist in advance. The therapist will extend a grace period of up to 10 minutes, after which a cancellation fee may be applicable. Additionally, after three instances of no-shows without prior notification to the therapist, your reserved place in the schedule may be forfeited to accommodate others in need of therapy sessions.
Our business hours are 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
At this time, we are only providing virtual sessions.
Sessions are conducted through video via Psychology Today or via phone call. This is completely up to the client. Both methods are confidential and HIPAA compliant.
