We currently accept the following insurances; Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA.
We are currently only licensed to provide services within the state of New York.
If we do not accept your insurance you can still choose to book a session and pay the out-of-pocket fee. Depending on your insurance, you may qualify for out of network reimbursement. We can supply the superbill for you to send to your insurance.
Sessions are typically 45-53 minutes.
You can either book a session with your preferred therapist via the book button on the “Our Therapists” page or you can request a consultation using the “Request A Free Consultation” button.
We use Headway to manage our billing and admin work so we can place all of our focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. You can reach the Headway team directly through their contact form. They can help with any insurance, billing, or account questions.
To ensure availability for all clients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a $75 no-show fee. Please notify your therapist 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the fee will apply. A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals; beyond that, a cancellation fee may apply. After three no-shows without notice, your spot may be forfeited to others.
Our therapists have individual schedules, so availability may vary. Please feel free to inquire about specific times, and we’ll respond within 1 business day, excluding weekends, typically between 10 AM and 6 PM.
At this time, we are only providing virtual sessions.
Sessions are conducted through video via Psychology Today or via phone call. This is completely up to the client. Both methods are confidential and HIPAA compliant.
