Please refer to the individual therapist’s page for information on what insurances they accept as they may vary. 

We are currently only licensed to provide services within the state of New York.

If we do not accept your insurance you can still choose to book a session and pay the out-of-pocket fee. Depending on your insurance, you may qualify for out of network reimbursement. We can supply the superbill for you to send to your insurance.

Sessions are typically 45-53 minutes.

Our therapists have individual schedules, so availability may vary. Please feel free to inquire about specific times, and we’ll respond within 1 business day.

Our office is open from 10 AM – 6 PM excluding weekends. Please make sure to leave a message or email with your contact information and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

To ensure availability for all clients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a $75 no-show fee. Please notify your therapist 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the fee will apply. A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals; beyond that, a cancellation fee may apply. After three no-shows without notice, your spot may be forfeited to others.

At this time, we are only providing virtual sessions.

Sessions are conducted through video via a secure portal. Please let your therapist know if you prefer to have sessions via phone call. Both methods are confidential and HIPAA compliant.
